Curriculum

We believe in the need for a broad education, with the emphasis upon the acquisition of the Key Skills in Literacy and Numeracy. English includes reading, writing, comprehension and grammar and aims, in addition, to develop pupils' self-confidence in speech and composition. Mathematics introduces the fundamentals of working with numbers and is designed to lead to a full understanding of basic mathematical concepts.

Arts & Crafts

Everything is done to encourage creativity and to provide a sense of achievement in this area of the children's education.  A variety of art forms are explored and attention is given to the development of individual skills in painting, modelling, sewing and other craft work.
