Learning Support

	The School is 'dyslexia-friendly', with every teacher in both the specialist learning centre and in the main School understanding and fully sympathetic to the challenges faced by children with specific learning difficulties.

Alongside the excellent mainstream academic standards taught, we also offer enhanced learning support to those who require it. 

The School is approved by CReSTeD, is staffed and equipped to help dyslexic children is and is registered for Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). We accept some foreign pupils on immersion courses who live with English pupils and learn English and we benefit from their talents, interests and skills.

We have our own Specialist Learning Centre where Individual Education Plans are implemented through a carefully structured program of individual support and mainstream integration. The Centre enables children with specific learning difficulties to receive the help the need within a Preparatory School Environment.

As a school we are also committed in developing a clear policy regarding "Gifted and Talented" pupils.
